If you’re looking to get more clients for your digital marketing business, this website will be very valuable to you.

Imagine if you could get digital marketing clients whenever you wanted in as little as an afternoon without having to spend a ton of money on paid traffic, make endless amounts of cold calls, or buy the latest “system” from some online “guru”.

Getting clients

The feast and famine cycle of client acquisition is real. One month you’re on top of the world with a pipeline bursting full of deals and the next month you’re scraping your pipeline trying to follow up with ice-cold leads. It’s hard to grow a book of business when your deal flow is unpredictable.

Maybe you’re not on the sales roller coaster and you just want a repeatable and reliable way to generate leads. Wouldn’t it be nice to fire up your computer in the morning, a cup of coffee by your side, and open your inbox to find it full of meeting requests and service inquiries? If that sounds interesting, keep reading.

Whether you’re a solo freelancer or the leader of a sales team we all need deals in the pipeline.  The only problem is sometimes our pipeline isn’t as full as we would like. To fix this you’ve probably done some browsing on different forums, websites, or even bought a course on how to get clients and most likely the information was too outdated, vague, or fluffy to be of any use.

Real results and actionable advice

Most of this content on the internet is written by people who’ve never done what they are talking about, or are just trying to sell you something – or both! In Texas, they call that “Big Hat, No Cattle”.

This drives me absolutely crazy and I started this blog to change that.

The goal of this blog is to provide first-hand, actionable sales and marketing case studies and tactics to help you get clients on demand.

The majority of what I share on this blog will be actionable advice that’s couched in real-world results. I’ll tell you what’s worked for me and what hasn’t when it comes to getting digital marketing clients.

I’m a firm believer that the next best thing to learning from your own mistakes and successes is to learn from the results of others. This blog will save you time and help you get clients faster and more efficiently because I will be documenting my real-world experiments and attempts at client acquisition.

Who are you and what’s with the name of the site?

Glad you asked. My name is Morgan Williams and I’m in love with selling. I’m passionate about it, I study it, and I’ve been selling almost my entire life:

High School

  • Grocery Store (product sales)
  • McDonald’s (customer service and in-person sales)
  • Restaraunt (in-person sales)
  • Holding a sign on the side of the road for a furniture dealer and jeweler (Advertising??)

  • Telemarketing (Phone sales)
  • Retail (in-person sales)

  • Logistics (phone sales)
  • Cyber Security (phone and in-person sales)
  • Self-Employed [Now] (phone and in-person sales)

After college, I went to law school (my original dream) and due to financial reasons, I couldn’t go past my first semester. I was crushed at the time but ended up being the best thing that ever happened to me.

Shortly afterward (around 2012) I discovered online business (specifically freelance writing) and I learned that people could actually earn money online. I was hooked. I did that as a side hustle on and off for several years while working full-time until I finally made the leap into full-time work online in early 2016! I failed, haha.

Got another corporate sales gig a few months later but I never lost my desire for what I truly wanted. In early 2018, equipped with more knowledge and experience, I made the leap again.

What’s in it for you

I’ll be real with you. I’m not good at most things when it comes to online business. But, I can confidently say that my true talent is in sales. When it comes to the online marketing I’m not good at most things. Paid traffic makes my head spin. I can’t put together a funnel to save my life and SEO mystifies me.

What I’m really good at though is selling via phone and email. I’m by no means an expert but it’s where I feel confident. This blog will serve as a medium for sharing my sales and marketing case studies.  I’ll take my first-hand marketing and sales experiences and deliver them right to you.

For now, you can check out my blog or you can contact me if you need help with a project.
